Charges for the treatment will not take place until after the service has been provided and can be completed as requested by check, cash, or card. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment or client will be charged 75 percent of the service. If we do not hear from or see the client for their treatment they will be charged the full service cost. Any aggressive or sexual behavior will not be tolerated at Waterways and will be subject to the ending of a session, payment in full, and possible legal action.
